In December, I had the pleasure of performing “Mary Did You Know” in American Sign Language with my ASL mentor, Terry Graves. We were able to share this wonderful song in sign language for the city of Cleveland’s Night of the Arts on Dec. 10th and for Living Word Church on Christmas Day.  And now I get to share it with you!

Many thanks to Terry Graves for her patient guidance in helping me learn new words and phrases in ASL. Thanks also to Mark and Melanie Mitchum for the ASL translation. Song “Mary Did You Know” written by Mark Lowry and performed by Gaither Vocal Band.

  1. Great Job! At a Home school Co-Op I go to, we are performing this for our Christmas Program. I am not deaf, but I am learning this song and going to see if I can do the ASL version. I took an ASL class last year and we learned Kings and Queens by Audio Adrenaline, I have loved it ever since! Anyways, this was fantastic!
